FEEDBACK2REVIEWS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
By completing and submitting the form on this page, you are agreeing to this customer agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of today’s date by and between Feedback2Reviews, Inc. (“F2R”) with its principal place of business at 704 S. St Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143, and Business Name entered on this form (the “Client”). In addition to the terms below, this agreement incorporates by reference Feedback2Reviews’s standard Terms & Conditions found on it’s website http://bizinga.com as may be amended from time to time by Feedback2Reviews, inc.
F2R agrees to provide the Client non-exclusive access to services listed below:
- Review Aggregation: Allows you to collect your business reviews from top sites like Google, Dealerrater, Cars.com, and other (“Review Sites”). While additional Review Sites may be added in the future, we do not guarantee the ability to aggregate reviews from any particular site, as individual Review Sites may change their services, or to stop us from aggregating your reviews at any time.
- New Review Collection: Allows you to gather new reviews from your customers via email campaigns, check-ins, onsite kiosk provided by you, SMS. You can customize email and SMS text.
- Review Moderation: Provides you the ability to control your online reputation – respond to reviews and manage negative reviews.
- Review Distribution: Allows you to publish the reviews you choose on any site you control – your website, blog, Facebook page, Google page and Twitter page.
- Review Website: A personalized business micro-site containing all of your approved reviews and information about your business.
- Facebook, Google and Twitter Review Apps: Allows you to automatically publish your best reviews on your Facebook page, Google page and Twitter page.
- Analytics: A dashboard to monitor your reviews and ratings, customer sentiment and visitors.
- Search Engine Optimization: Provides you with search engine optimization for your business through the use of real time customer reviews.
Fees and Payment
The client agrees to pay $250 per month for access to the Services. Client also agrees that BHA Corp. accounting will pay this to F2R. F2R charges and collects in advance for use of these Services. Client will be billed at the beginning of every month as calculated from the date of execution of this agreement. The $275.00 setup fee will be waived for all BHA dealerships.
Monthly License Terms
This agreement will be in force month to month beginning the date of execution. On-boarding begins when signup form is submitted. No cancellations will be permitted once on-boarding has begun. A 30 day notice is required to stop services.
Authorization
All agreements are transferable and fully enforceable in the event of a transfer of ownership (sale, acquisition, merger, etc.) by either F2R or Client. By completing and submitting the form on this page, you are indicating that you have expressly accept the terms and conditions in this legal Agreement.
