No. Most customers can tap with a modern smartphone or scan the QR code with the camera. The goal is to make the review path simple and familiar.

Can these point to something other than Google reviews?

Yes. Bizinga can program the destination for Google reviews, Birdeye, Reviewly, Podium, Yelp, Facebook reviews, a feedback form, a landing page, or another review platform you currently use.

Can each location have its own destination?

Yes. Use the special instructions field to list the location breakdown. Bizinga can prepare products by location, team, campaign, or review profile.

How does payment work?

After you submit the order, Bizinga opens secure Stripe Checkout. Stripe sends the customer receipt and invoice after payment, and the order appears in Bizinga fulfillment.

How much is shipping?

Shipping and handling is $15 for orders up to 20 items, then $1 for each additional item. If the order is received in person, no shipping is charged.

Yes. The products arrive programmed for the business destination provided in the order notes, or the Google review page if no other destination is provided.
